E-SHOP ORDERING INSTRUCTION
1. Registration - please fill in the form available here. You need to fill all the fields, even if you don't represent a company (in which case please enter "none" into the "Company name" and "Statistical Office Number" fields). The "Login" field should be filled with your complete current e-mail address. The "Password" field should be filled with a string longer than 4 characters. This is done one time only, sending the filled form adds you to our customer database.
2. Confirming the registration - it is done to make sure that the e-mail address has been entered correctly. After sending a filled registration form you should receive an e-mail message on your mailbox within several minutes. The message will contain an activation link, which should be clicked. This is also a one-time action, after which your customer account is fully operational.
3. Logging on - every time you want to make an order on our site, please log in as our customer. Please enter your e-mail address and password (the same as in the registration form). Please note that full e-mail address should be entered and that both e-mail and password are case-sensitive.
4. Browsing our offer - when you are logged on, please feel free to browse our product offer. It is done by clicking appropriate links in the menu on the left side of our page. You can also use our search function, either by entering our product code or by entering a product name (to do the latter, you need to use the advanced search function).
5. Adding products to basket - after finding a product you are interested in, you need to add it to the shopping basket. It is done by entering a desired quantity of goods into a small field on the right side of the product list and clicking the "Add to basket" button. Please note that the quantity entered should be in our sales units, which are shown in the product list for every product separately. For example if you want to order 1000 buttons, which are sold in units (packs) of 200 pieces, please enter "5" in the quantity field.
6. Sending the order - after you have filled the basket with all the products you are interested in, you need to send the order. To do so, please click the "Your basket" button on the left side of the page or the "Orders" button on the top of the page. On the page which appears, you will find the list of all items in the basket. On this page you have the option to change the quantities if you wish to do so - just enter the changed quantities into the quantity field and click the "Update quantities" button. If you are satisfied with the quantities, please click the "Place order" button. On the subsequent page you havethe option to change the quantities again and to delete chosen items if you change your mind about ordering them. You can also enter a shipping address (if you don't the order will be shipped to the address you entered in the registration form). To send the order you need to check two checkboxes on the top of the page and click the "Send order button". After several minutes you should receive an e-mail message confirming that your order has been registered. Thank you for ordering our goods.
ORDERING PROCEDURE
1. Mail orders are handled entirely by head office of our company, located in Łódź at 91, Św. Teresy str.- customers of our branch offices in Rzgów and Poznań are kindly requested to contact the head office. 2. All goods are sold in accordance with our colour card; as real colours may slightly deviate from the ones in the colour card, it is recommended to order colour samples first. 3. All costs of delivery of the goods are borne by the recipient. 4. FOREIGN SHIPPING
We offer you the possibility of sending products ordered in our copany to any European adress. The way of ordering the products remains the same as described above. However, to realise the order, we need to know your VAT number and we also need to know which currency will you be paying in (PLN, EUR, USD). The costs of shipping the goods are dependant on the weight and size of the goods, so they cannot be precisely determined if the goods are not yet packed and prepared for shipping. That is why the procedure of realising a foreign order is as follows:
- your order is sent to us directly from our website, by e-mail or by fax
- the goods are prepared
- we issue a pro-forma invoice and send it to you
- the funds are transferred to our account in the amount specified on the pro-forma invoice
- as soon as we get the confirmation from our bank, that the funds are on our account, we send the goods
